Candidate’s Response:

It is generally argued that the contemporary types of human’s interaction have rolled out the necessity of writing letters I personally agree with the point of view , and believe the technology along with the modern lifestyle, which people experience these days, replace letters bit more efficient means of communication.

One of the main arguments against classic methods of interaction including land lines and paper-based letters is the technology offers alternative choices representing more rapid and affordable ways for people to access each other. Taking advantage of telecommunication technologies, phone and internet operators now claim that they not only cover the residence areas but also be able to cover majority of remote margins. Not only that, the affordable telecommunication devices along with the relevant social network applications constantly updated by developers and manufacturers have thoroughly depended communications on these products. Therefore, in this environment in which reaching people is fast and inexpensive, thanks to technology, applying matters to communicate maybe the last choice.
What is more, the new life style, which the modern era has put on the table, has particularly outdated the old-fashioned means of communication.
Indeed, people, nowadays, prefer Brief and fast methods to communication such as messaging with their relevant applications, in comparison with the tedious and time-consuming way of writing letters.

Another challenge with writing letter is, the letters are usually shipped to an address. In the past people were quietly static , in terms of clhanging their living places, so they rarely changed their address. Whereas, the new life style, in which citizens are used to move from one location to another, archiving this method of communication; writing letters is inevitable.

In conclusion, these days writing letters, as a classic method of communication, not only is not essential but also it does not meet the requirements of an efficacious way of conveyance.

The emergence of modern communication technologies has significantly altered the way individuals connect and exchange information. While some argue that these advancements have rendered the traditional practice of letter writing obsolete, I believe that letters continue to hold relevance and importance in certain situations.
On one hand, modern communication methods, such as email, instant messaging, and social media platforms, offer unparalleled convenience and efficiency. With the ability to send messages instantly, regardless of geographical distance, digital communication has become the preferred mode of interaction for many. Additionally, these platforms facilitate the exchange of multimedia content, enabling users to share photos, videos, and documents seamlessly. Given the speed and accessibility of digital communication, some may argue that there is no longer a need for the slower and more cumbersome process of writing letters.
However, despite the prevalence of modern communication, there are distinct advantages to letter writing that cannot be replicated by digital means. Firstly, letters carry a sense of personal touch and authenticity that is often lacking in digital communication. Handwritten letters, in particular, convey sincerity and thoughtfulness, making them more meaningful and memorable for both the sender and the recipient. Additionally, letters provide a tangible and permanent record of communication, serving as valuable historical artifacts and cherished keepsakes.
Moreover, there are certain situations where letters remain the preferred mode of communication. Formal correspondences, such as business communications, official notices, and legal documents, often require the formality and credibility that letters provide. Furthermore, in cases where internet access is limited or unreliable, letters may be the most practical and reliable means of communication.
In conclusion, while modern communication technologies have revolutionized the way people connect, the practice of letter writing continues to hold significance in contemporary society. While digital communication offers convenience and efficiency, letters offer a unique blend of personalization, authenticity, and permanence that cannot be replicated by digital means. Therefore, I disagree with the notion that modern communications have made letter writing unnecessary.
