The data presents the percentage of females in senior management roles in three establishments from the year 1975 to 2015.

Overall, there was a notible notable increase in femaleled positions throughout the years. In 2015, the number of women who participated was the highest. Eldan Ltd started with the smallest percentage and skyrocketted by 2015. Bamforth initially showed a steady incline in female-led management from 1975,; then, rapidly peaked in 2015, reaching almost half of all manager positions.

Finsbursy Ltd began with the greatest percentage of 16% in 1975, but only achieved 26% by the year 2015, whereas, Eldan Ltd began with 3% and exceeded all, reaching 64% in 2015. In 1985, we notice that Finsbury Ltd faced a decline in female managers, decreasing from 22% in 1990 to 20% in 2000, before then rising again to 26% in 2015. Additionally, Eldan Ltd showed no change in participation between the years 1975 and 1980. Bamforth Ltd had the lowest percentage in 1990 and 2000, but by the year 2015, it overtook Finsbury Ltd with over 20% increase.

Detailed breakdown by company or by time period, ensuring the dots are connected logically, i.e. avoid mixing years in a single sentence unless you are making a direct comparison.

Aim for smoother transitions by grouping data effectively (for instance, one paragraph for Eldan and Bamforth, another for Finsbury, or one paragraph for early years and another for later years).

The table shows the proportion of women in senior management roles at three companies—Eldan Ltd, Bamforth Ltd, and Finsbury Ltd—from 1975 to 2015. Overall, there was a notable increase in female representation in all three organizations over the 40-year period, with 2015 marking the highest figures in each case.
In 1975, Eldan Ltd had the smallest share of female managers at just 3%, while Bamforth Ltd stood at 9% and Finsbury Ltd was the highest at 16%. Eldan remained unchanged at 3% until 1980, before it began to climb significantly, reaching 28% in 1990 and eventually 64% by 2015. This final figure was the largest among all three companies in that year.
Bamforth Ltd showed a steady rise in female-led management, going from 9% in 1975 to 15% in 1990, and continuing upward to 17% in 2000. By 2015, it had peaked at 46%, which was nearly half of its senior management positions. Meanwhile, although Finsbury Ltd started at 16% in 1975, it only reached 26% by 2015. After hitting 22% in 1990, Finsbury dipped slightly to 20% in 2000, then recovered to its final figure of 26% in 2015.
Overall, Eldan Ltd recorded the most dramatic increase, while Bamforth Ltd also grew substantially. Finsbury Ltd, despite starting with the highest percentage in 1975, ended up with the smallest share of female managers in 2015.
