The data presents the percentage of females in senior management roles in three establishments from the year 1975 to 2015.
Overall, there was a notible notable increase in female–led positions throughout the years. In 2015, the number of women who participated was the highest. Eldan Ltd started with the smallest percentage and skyrocketted by 2015. Bamforth initially showed a steady incline in female-led management from 1975,; then, rapidly peaked in 2015, reaching almost half of all manager positions.
Finsbursy Ltd began with the greatest percentage of 16% in 1975, but only achieved 26% by the year 2015, whereas, Eldan Ltd began with 3% and exceeded all, reaching 64% in 2015. In 1985, we notice that Finsbury Ltd faced a decline in female managers, decreasing from 22% in 1990 to 20% in 2000, before then rising again to 26% in 2015. Additionally, Eldan Ltd showed no change in participation between the years 1975 and 1980. Bamforth Ltd had the lowest percentage in 1990 and 2000, but by the year 2015, it overtook Finsbury Ltd with over 20% increase.
