The current industrial area has a big roundabout in the centre that can be accessed from the road to its south. To this roundabout, there are three factories encircling it from south-west to the north. The site eastern’s side The site’s eastern side houses five factories, which can be reached via a lane. Across the northern part, farmland is present adjacent to a river.
The anticipated makeover will witness the addition of a small roundabout, by modifying the southern outlet, and joining the big roundabout. The big roundabout will also be transformed to accommodate two additional lanes. Factories on either side of the roundabout will be replaced by residential housing and other facilities like shops, a medical centre, and a playground. In the north, a T-shape road and a bridge will be constructed to access the housing on the farmland.
