Candidate’s Response:

The provided diagram below represents how geothermal energy is used to produce electricity by geothermal power plant which are divided into fifth respective categories.

First step of a cycle involves digging the ground and place cold water 4.5 kilometers below the surface to pump down the cold water in second step injection well provides which is finally go through the geothermal zone (hot rocks) which would be in flow until get to the production well. It is mainly for this reason that from beginning cold water must be in flow below the ground to reach to the injection well but that being said in geothermal zone due to the existence of hot rocks which eventually lead to the conversion of cold water to hot water through the production well.

In third step during production well hot water pumped up and fill the condensation machine which is fourth step and this condenser evaporate hot water and converted to the steam which is flow through the turbine and lead to production of power by steam and ultimately powered by turbine and produce electricity which is supply to the pylon and dispense across the city.

Overall, production of electricity by geothermal energy required five steps as shown in diagram and most important step would be conversion of cold water to hot water through the geothermal zone as well as access of hot water to the condenser which supply steam to generate power to provide enough power to the turbine for production of electricity.

The diagram before us illustrates the functioning of a geothermal power plant featuring three primary components: an injection well, a power plant, and a production well.
The process begins with cold water being channeled down an injection well, journeying roughly 4.5 kilometers deep. As it descends, it encounters a layer of hot rocks. This geothermal zone acts as a natural heater, transferring its thermal energy to the cold water and transforming it into hot water.
Propelled by the geothermal energy, the hot water surges back up a production well to the Earth's surface. Reaching the condenser, the water, which is turned into steam, parts ways with the remaining water. The liberated steam gets condensed in the condenser and gets directed towards the turbine.
At this final stage, the steam's immense pressure spins the turbine blades. This rotational motion is then harnessed by a generator, converting it into electricity, which is now transmitted to homes and cities via transmission towers.
Overall, the electricity generated through geothermal energy has five key steps with three components.
