Candidate’s Response:

News regularly are provided with visual contents either on displays or in papers.  Some people believe that these pictorial contents hold more weight in terms of effectiveness.  I completely agree with this statement because pictures could influence its audience by affecting their emotions and increase their knowledge of their globe.

To commence, pictures are known as a mean to stimulate one feelings. While people watch or see these news by their eyes, it has a direct effect on their feelings. For instance, when viewers watch a news program such as No comment on Europeans about war in Syria and the level of genocide’s cruelty in Syria, their feelings aroused by proactively. Then they may take action due to the abundance of hatred, anger, and Happiness. As an added consideration, they may raise funding or participate in an benevolent activity in order to reflect humanity to the world.

Moreover, pictorial contents are beneficial for those who are not fond of reading news.  Nowadays, people neglect reading news to today’s hectic lifestyle; they say that they would not want to be more stressed. However, news with visual contents inform the about other countries and continents. By this mean, they are able to make decision prudently. Daily news have a direct impact on the individual’s lives, therefore, when there is a picture of Donald Trump shaking hands with Iran’s president; there will be a sharp upward steep  in international economy. This news in return affect individuals fundamental needs rigorously.

In conclusion, the news’ visual contents are of great importance to viewers opinion due to the fact that these types of illustration convey needful information impeccably. Thus they are responsible for reactions and actions of the viewers.

The integration of pictures with news stories in television broadcasts and newspapers has sparked debate regarding their comparative effectiveness with words. While some assert the supremacy of pictures in conveying information, others maintain the importance of written words.
Proponents of the view that pictures are more effective than words argue that visual imagery has a powerful and immediate impact on viewers. Images can evoke emotions, capture attention, and provide a vivid representation of events or issues, often transcending language barriers. For instance, a photograph depicting the aftermath of a natural disaster can convey the scale of devastation more poignantly than a written description.
However, there are those who contend that words possess unique advantages in conveying complex ideas and nuances. Written language allows for precise articulation, analysis, and contextualization of information, offering a deeper understanding of events and their implications. While pictures may provide a snapshot of reality, words enable individuals to explore deeper layers of meaning and engage in critical thinking.
In my view, both pictures and words play complementary roles in effective communication. While pictures have the ability to capture attention and evoke immediate emotional responses, words provide essential context, analysis, and interpretation. A well-crafted news story combines the strengths of both mediums, utilizing images to engage audiences and words to provide depth and understanding.
In conclusion, while pictures undoubtedly have a powerful impact in news communication, the effectiveness of words should not be underestimated. A balanced approach that integrates both visual and textual elements is essential for conveying information accurately and comprehensively in news media.
