Dear Sir/Madam

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase made through your online store. I placed an order on 14th August (Order number: 3689) for an XL light blue suit intended for my friend's upcoming wedding on 2nd September. Unfortunately, upon receiving the package, I discovered that I was sent the incorrect size.

I had specifically selected XL from the available options on your website, and I proceeded to complete the transaction using my credit card. However, the item I received is a large size, which does not fit me appropriately. This discrepancy is causing significant inconvenience, as I urgently need the correct size for the wedding.
