I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to let you know that I am dissatisfied with the clothing that I have recently purchased from your online store, and I have just received it. I ordered the item a week ago, on 14th August, for my upcoming friend’s wedding on the 2nd September. The order number is 3689, for the XL light blue suits.
The clothing size is different than what I have ordered. I have selected the XL in the drop-down menu on your website, and then I have proceeded with the checkout and paid the amount via my credit card. However, when it was delivered to me, I immediately noticed that your colleagues made a mistake for by sending me the wrong size. The delivered size is the large, and it does not fit me.
Would you kindly proceed with the replacement as immediate soon as possible? As stated, the wedding will be on 2nd September, and I need the replaced suits as soon as possible before the wedding date. I would appreciate appreciate it if you can could arrange for an express delivery so that I make sure I get the item on time.
