Dear Mr. Heinz,
Dear Mr and Mrs Collins,
Hope this letter finds you well. Firstly, I would like to apprecaite appreciate your invitaion to Chris’s birthday party. That means a lot to me and I am really grateful for that. As you may know, me and Chris Chris and I have been close friends for a while, and it is great to see your realization of that.
I believe that such a surprise plan will make him feel intrigued, since as far as I am concerned, he never had birthday party before. So, it will be interesting to see his immediate reaction to your surprise plan. I am keen to know more about the scenario that you planned earlier for this event.
Although I woud would really love to participate in the party, I am regretful regret to let you know that I cannot be present there. As you may be aware of my situation as a temporary immigrant here in Australia, I am studying hard to do another IELTS exam to get the adequate score for my immigration purposes. Tehrefore Therefore, I have scheduled an IELTS exam which coincides with the party, and I am afraid I forgot his birthday, when I was choosing the IELTS exam date.
I know he is going to be upset about it, and for this reason, I would make a promise that I will promise to do my best to compensate for the occured inconvenience. I am planning to gather all of our mutual friends and me inviting invite him to a Mc Coffee place near by nearby, and surprise him with a big cake.
Thanks again for your kind consideration and hope everything goes well as planned. I will look forward to meeting you in a the near future.
Best regards,
