    Candidate’s Response:

    Dear sir or madam,

I have read an article about my city, which is not correct and I would like to highlight these false information and correct them.

Firstly, you have mentioned that my city has three parks, which are small, and do not have any equipment for children, that are wrong because the government recently has built four parks with modern facilities for children. Moreover , you have published that my city do not have any university  ,while city where I live has 2 prestigious university  related to engineering and medical whose names are respectively  LL university and DD university .

Regarding to why it is significant for your magazine to give reliable information, I would say that as your magazine is very recognized throughout the world, thus you could influence many people in a negative way that would be disappointing. Especially for those who are going to select this district for life.

In relation to what your magazine could do, I would recommend you to print another article in the next article in which you could correct your false information, and you could compensate your fail by apologizing from fellow citizen in this area.

I will appreciate you if you consider these changes in the next printed magazine.

    Faithfully,

    Feedback:

Thank you indeed for writing this letter. It is a good practice that we devote one paragraph to each bullet point; however, the paragraph should not assume the reader knows, or has read, the bullet point. The three paragraphs here seem like we are answering bullet points and not writing a letter with full information inside each paragraph.

    Dear Sir/Madam
I hope this letter finds you well. I recently came across an article in your esteemed magazine, titled "[Article Title]," which provided information about my hometown, [Town Name]. While I appreciate your magazine's efforts to promote global travel experiences, I must bring to your attention that there are inaccuracies in the information presented.
Firstly, the article incorrectly states that our town hosts an annual hot air balloon festival. In fact, the event was discontinued several years ago due to logistical and safety concerns. Additionally, the article suggests that the local cuisine primarily consists of seafood, when, in fact, our region is renowned for its diverse culinary offerings, including a wide variety of meats and vegetarian dishes.
Accurate information in your magazine is of utmost importance as it influences travelers' decisions and experiences. Misleading details can lead to disappointment and frustration for tourists who rely on your publication for guidance. Therefore, it is crucial that your magazine maintains its credibility by ensuring the correctness of the content.
I kindly suggest that you publish a correction in your next issue, addressing these inaccuracies and providing your readers with the correct information about [Town Name]. This will not only rectify the situation but also demonstrate your commitment to responsible journalism.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to seeing the necessary corrections in your future publications.
    Sincerely,
