Dear Mr Alex,

I am writing concerning a training course I have seen in an advertisement and i decided to participate in it.

Firstly, in regarding the training course, I would like to say that this course is held by a well-know institution called Microsoft company which has international reputation. In addition, the location where this course is held is near to my workplace. It is located in Ros street. Also, the course related to acquiring the essential knowledge for working with software associated to Microsoft data bases, for example, visual studio.

Regarding the corporation which the company could do to me i would like to request you to let me attend the course during the day between 10 to 12 A.M. for two weeks which will be started from this Monday in 3 December.

About the benefits of the course i would explain that, when i obtain a good mastery towards this program, i could apply my practical knowledg to projects which would work on.

Moreover, as i will be given an international certificate, i could hold the same course in company for our staff, which is beneficial for enhancing their knowledg, to be updated.

I will appreciate you if you let me know about your decision.
