    Candidate’s Response:

    Mr Alex,

I am writing concerning some significant documents which I have left in your hotel. As I wanted to hold a meeting with an employer of another company other Melinia hotel was great. In terms of having nice lobby and professional staff.

At first, I would like to point out that, where I suppose to have left the papers. After having finished the meeting, I accompanied the guest to the other entrance door of hotel. Then, I returned to the coffee shop for having tea. Thus, I think that I have left the papers on the small table beside big sofa in there. As there was one big sofa at the end of the coffee shop, it would be easy for your staff to recognize it.

Regarding the importance of those papers, I would say that, they were my proposals about a design which I explained to the employer of an international software company in which I might to get a position. Moreover, the plan included the dedicated parts which I had written by hand, which would be hard to me to recap them.

I would appreciate you if you can order to your staff in that area, to gather the documents and put them in the reception which would be a safe place for such significant paper. I will appreciate you again for your coordination.

    Yours faithfully,

    Dear Sir/Madam
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that, during my recent attendance at a meeting held at your esteemed hotel, I inadvertently left behind some crucial documents. I believe I left them in the meeting room, near the conference table.
The documents in question are of utmost importance as they contain vital information related to the ongoing project that was discussed during the meeting. Their loss could result in a significant setback to our project's progress and may have financial implications for our organization.
I kindly request your assistance in locating these documents. It would be greatly appreciated if your staff could check the meeting room and, if found, secure them until I can arrange for their retrieval.
I understand that your hotel prides itself on its commitment to customer service, and I am hopeful that this matter can be resolved promptly.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
    Sincerely,
