    Candidate’s Response:

    Dear Mrs. Julia,

I am writing sincerely to request some days off for the coming week starting December 12th returning December 19th. As I explained in our weekly meeting, I had an accident a couple of months ago and I am taking some medications.

I’m afraid that I need to have a surgery on my brain, and I am not healthy right now. Also, I am feeling drowsy while I am taking my medications. I believe that it is not even worthwhile for the company to have me during this challenging time. What’s more, my doctor didn’t allow me to work for a single week.

Notwithstanding my surgery and serious illness, one week of resting will cheer me up and affect positively on my physical and mental health.

I had a meeting with Nicola (Accounting Coordinator) yesterday, she approved to take care of some urgent matters and responding to my emails on my behalf. She is really organized and trustworthy as we have been working together for a long time.

Although I apologize for any inconvenience caused, I’m thankful for your support and understanding.

    Yours faithfully,

    Dear Sir
I am writing to formally request a temporary leave of absence from work for personal reasons that require my immediate attention.
The reason for my request is my spouse and I are expecting our first child, and the due date is rapidly approaching. I would like to be there to support my spouse during this significant life event. Therefore, I am seeking a leave of two weeks, starting from April 1st to April 15th.
To ensure a smooth workflow during my absence, I have discussed my proposal with Jack Valdez, who has agreed to temporarily assume my responsibilities. I will also complete any outstanding tasks and ensure that all necessary documents and information are readily accessible to minimize disruption.
I am dedicated to maintaining open lines of communication with him during this period and will be available for consultations if needed.
I kindly request your understanding and approval of this temporary leave. I am confident that this arrangement will enable the team to continue their work seamlessly. Thank you for your understanding and consideration of my request. I look forward to returning to work re-energized and ready to contribute to our continued success.
    Sincerely,
