    Candidate’s Response:

    Dear Arash,

I hope that you’re well. I’m writing to tell you about the fact that I’ve recently moved to a new house.

Do you remember that I’d repeatedly told you how I was tired and sick of city life? I really felt that I was wasting my life in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Tehran. So, I tried really hard, sorted out my thoughts, and finally made a huge decision to sell my previous flat in Tehran, and buy a villa in Ramsar city.

This house is absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view of permanently green Damavand Mountain. The villa itself is a small yet cosy place that has one bedroom, a living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. There is nothing about this house that I don’t love, but my most favourite part is its garden with exquisite sunflowers and a couple of orange trees. In a word, I can’t even put my true feelings about this villa in words. I think you should come in person and visit this piece of heaven.

My main goal of writing this letter is to tell you that I am going to throw a party this weekend and I think it would be great if you can take a break from your hectic work schedule and join us to celebrate not only my new house, but also my new lifestyle.

I hope that you can make it. Please let me know in advance if you will come.

    Hope to see you soon

    Assessor’s Comment

Thank you indeed for writing this letter. To improve this letter, maybe, we can say “the address to the new house is attached”, add details of invitees and time of the party, and finally use the word “and” slightly fewer times.

    Hey Jack,
I hope this letter finds you well! I've got some exciting news to share – I've recently moved to a new house. The main reason behind this move was to be closer to my workplace, which will save me a ton of time commuting. Plus, the neighborhood is much quieter and greener, which I find quite peaceful.
The new house is a cozy place with three bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a lovely backyard where I plan to host BBQ gatherings soon. It's a bit smaller than my previous place, but I've managed to decorate it to make it feel homely and inviting. I can't wait for you to see it!
Speaking of which, I'd love for you to visit and check out my new abode. It would be fantastic to catch up, spend some quality time together, and explore the neighborhood. Let me know when you're free, and we can plan a date!
Take care, and hope to see you soon.
    Warm Regards,
