    Candidate’s Response:

    Dear Sarah,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am so pleased that you are planning on working in my country. Therefore, I am writing to give you some tips and recommendation regarding being occupied in Iran.

As I explained during our master, I was working in an insurance company before my immigration to Canada. I am in touch with my previous manager all the time and respond to his financial concern. Because my title was Financial Advisor at the company. If you are engaged to be hired as Financial Advisor in a well-known insurance company, I would be grateful to refer you as a possible employee to my manager. Financial Advisor has to keep his/her contact with company’s customers, explain all new health policies to them, and assist manager to organize his financial stuff.

Since we were studying marketing, you expressed an interest to the finances. I think you should be a good fit for this vacant position based on your experiences.

In the meantime, you can send me your up-to-date resume and I will send it to the hiring manager along with my reference letter.

    Best wishes,

    Mary

    Feedback:

Thank you indeed for writing this letter. Errors that potentially confuse the reader are the most damaging type of errors. The best advice here is to make sure the message is delivered, not beautifully nor concisely, but completely. Spend 2 – 3 minutes at the end of the letter to read and proofread it.
