    Candidate’s Response:

    Dear Sir

I am writing regarding the food that was served in your hotel. Having had a meeting on 5th September with the members of company, they announced that the space of your lobby in your hotel was spacious, and the architechture of your interior  design was impressive that lead them to having a sense of positive energy. The members could exchange their ideas about work with a way of calmness and it emerges with consent smile on their faces.

But after a while when the food was served and finished, my employees expressed their dissatisfaction about the food. They said that the food was not fresh and delicious, and the ingredients of the dish were not well cooked; especially, the rice of that special dish was rare as well as the meat was tough, thus, it could not be digested very easily.

I suppose that it would be appreciated to alter some sectors which are related to cooking, for example, those who supply the material for cooking. Moreover, it would be perfect if the chef could be more cautious about the dish to be fresh and well cooked.

I will appreciate you if you take these considerations into account, to make a difference in positive view.

    Best regards

    Feedback:

Thank you indeed for writing this letter. The tone is formal, but the letter is full of redundancies. This letter is a good example of a text that requires more samples of real English sentences, structures, and words that actually appear in such a circumstance.

    Dear Sir/Madam
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express our appreciation for hosting our recent all-day meeting at your hotel. Participants were delighted with various aspects of the hotel's facilities and services. The comfortable meeting rooms, excellent audiovisual equipment, and the attentive staff all contributed to the success of our event.
However, I must also address an issue that emerged from our participants' feedback - their dissatisfaction with the lunch provided during the meeting. The participants were particularly dissatisfied with the limited choices and taste of the dishes served.
To improve the dining experience for future events, we kindly suggest you consider expanding the menu options, ensuring the quality of ingredients, and paying attention to flavor profiles. This will help ensure that the food aligns with the high standard set by your hotel's other services.
We value our partnership with your establishment and believe that addressing this issue will only enhance the overall experience for our attendees.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to a continued positive relationship between our companies.
    Regards
