    Candidate’s Response:

    Dear Arash,

I hope that you are alright and everything is going well. I am writing to offer you the ticket concert that is going to be held in Tehran on the sixth of January.

I guess that you already know that the famous music group, Horosh Band, is going to perform a concert in Vahdat Hall in the early January, as a part of their New Year’s tour. Since this is going to be their first performance in the past ten years, I was really enthusiastic to attend the concert, but unfortunately, things did not take place how I had planned. on the late December, I am going to have to be on an urgent business trip which will last for almost a month. So I will not be able to take part the concert.

A few days ago, I heard from our mutual friend, Bita, that despite your hard try, you have not been able to reserve a seat, so I thought it would be a good idea that I give you my own ticket. The ticket is attached to the letter and you can find further information about the concert on it.

I hope that you accept this small gift and make me, as your old friend, happy.

    Best regards,

    Feedback:

Thank you indeed for writing this letter. The rubric asks us to give details of the concert; that means the receiver, Arash, is not well-informed about the music concert. It signifies how important the introduction is.
In this letter, the introduction assumes too much information to be known to the reader: “the ticket” or “the concert”.
