    Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to express my concerns about the ongoing issues with the rubbish collection system in our local area.
The current system is not working properly as it often results in missed collections and delayed pickups. This has led to overflowing bins, littered streets, and an unsightly environment for both myself and my neighbors. Furthermore, the presence of excess waste attracts pests and poses health risks.
I kindly suggest that the local council take immediate action to address this problem. Increasing the frequency of rubbish collections, especially in densely populated areas like ours, would be a practical solution. Additionally, enforcing a strict collection schedule is essential to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
I urge the council to consider these recommendations to improve the rubbish collection system and enhance the quality of life in our community.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
    Regards
