You are going to have a family party in a private room in a hotel.

Write a letter to the hotel manager and say:

why you need to use this private room

what you need them to provide for the party

inquire about the price of the food you are ordering

Write at least 150 words.

Dear Sir/Madam ,

I am writing to inquire about the rental of the conference hall of your fine hotel . As you might want to know the occasion , I am planning to throw a family party to celebrate my parents’ 30st anniversary . I have heard so many compliments about the private room and your attentive service that I am keen to rent it on 5^thof October for this family celebration . If your hall is available on this day , I shall ask if there are any particular decorations available in that venue . If not , I wonder whether you could provide some helium baloons in different colours , two large tables for putting flowers on , a big sign that says “Happy Anniversary” , and some large baskets of flowers , preferably containing Lillies and Roses .

I also have some ideas about the cuisins , which I would like to be served . I believe a dish of chicken breast , pork chop , Salmon with vegetable garnish would be nice , off course if that will not be too expensive . I would like to know the price of this dish , as well as any other suggestions that you might have for the dinner .

I look forward to receiving your answer at your convenience .
