    Candidate’s Response:

    Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to provide feedback on the short cooking course on Italian cuisine that I attended from 1 to 7 June 2019 at the Royal Culinary School in London. The most remarkable aspect of the course was the variety of dishes we were taught to prepare and the professional, competent chef who was our instructor. Pasta and pizza are the most famous Italian foods, and I had always dreamt of being able to cook them at home. The fantastic chef, Mr. Fabio, was patient and helpful, and I could not have imagined a better experience in such a short time.

Since completing the course, I have prepared different sorts of pasta, all catering to a party of 10 people. My guests enjoyed the dishes immensely, as evidenced by the verbal feedback and smiles they gave me.

I am eager to expand my culinary repertoire and would be thrilled if you could offer a course on Turkish cuisine. My fiancé and his family are Turks living in London, and I would love to surprise them with my newfound skills in preparing their traditional dishes. I am confident that the quality of this course will match the previous one, and I hope you will consider my request.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.

    Yours faithfully,

    Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to provide feedback on the Italian cuisine course I attended from 1 to 7 June 2019 at the Royal Culinary School in London. The course exceeded my expectations in every way. The variety of dishes we were taught to prepare was extensive, and the instruction by our chef, Mr. Fabio, was both professional and engaging. His patience and expertise made the learning experience truly enjoyable.
Since completing the course, I have enthusiastically prepared various types of pasta for gatherings of up to ten people. My guests have consistently praised the dishes, which is a testament to the high-quality instruction I received.
To further expand my culinary skills, I would be delighted if you could offer a course on Turkish cuisine. As my fiancé and his family are Turkish and reside in London, learning to prepare their traditional dishes would mean a lot to me. I am confident that such a course would be as impeccably conducted as the Italian cuisine course, and I hope you will consider my suggestion.
Thank you for considering my feedback. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
    Yours faithfully,
