    Candidate’s Response:

    Dear guys

How are you doing? I hope you’ve been great. I received lovely photos of last holiday and can’t stop looking at them.

I am really thankful for the time we spent together and it was one of my most favorite holidays ever. These photos remind me of all those joys and laughs we had. You may not believe it, but city’s post office was out of service for a while because of some maintenance issues. I would’ve written to you much earlier if I could, so please don’t blame for not hearing from me until this day.

Anyway, I want to make it up to you. So I have sent you tickets to next Yankees’ which is game in my city and wish you could make it to come over and stay a few days in my house. I have bought this new barbeque that you have to check it out.

I hope you find this letter intriguing and look forward to seeing you soon.

    Warm wishes,

    Dear Ali & John,
I hope this letter finds you in great spirits. I was really thrilled to receive the photos from our wonderful holiday last month. They instantly brought back so many wonderful memories we had together . Thank you not only for the photos but also for the fantastic time I had with you. Your hospitality was unmatched, and I can't thank you enough for making my stay so enjoyable.
I apologize for not writing sooner. The past few weeks have been a whirlwind, catching up on work and family commitments. I've been meaning to reach out and express my gratitude much earlier.
I would love to return the favor. Please consider this an open invitation to come and stay with me whenever you can. There's so much I'd like to show you around here, and I'm sure we'd have an equally memorable time.
Looking forward to hopefully seeing you soon.
    Warmest regards,
